Due to a network maintenance event undertaken by our regional internet service provider in Xinjiang, we experienced some technical issues with some of our BTC pool services that began operating abnormally from 10:45–11:20 UTC on March 22, 2021. Services resumed at 11:20 with an immediate fix and swift response from our team.

However, to cover the losses of affected miners during this short disruption, we will recalculate revenues and send compensation as soon as possible.

Between 11:20 UTC on March 22 and 1:30 UTC on March 23, BTC miners were unable to view their revenue accurately. This was only a display issue, and the mining service was not affected.
